Suits 4K engined models as follows:
- Toyota Corolla KE50, KE55 and KE50R (1978 to 1981) this included the lift back variants as well as the sedan and hard top models fitted with a 4K engine.
- Toyota Corolla KE70 (1981 to 1983)
- Toyota Corolla KE73G, KE71V and KE72V (Japan only)
- Toyota Starlet KP61 (also known as Publica in some markets)
These decals were fitted to the side of the rocker cover from the factory and provided data for valve clearances.
