This Warranty, Return and Refunds Policy only applies to products sold by Koromo Heritage and its approved retailers.
We're committed to providing the best customer experience possible and we endeavour to make Returns as simple and as easy as practicable. Koromo Heritage is happy to refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items.
Regional Model Variation
It is important to note that models may differ from region to region or country to country and that some parts fitting a particular model may not be suitable for the same model in another country. Whilst all endeavours have been made to capture such variations, Koromo Heritage does not warrant nor guarantee the accuracy of model variation indicated against any item and the buyer must assure themselves that all ordered parts suit their make, model and region. Products may not be returned to Koromo Heritage due regional model variations.
In the event that an item(s) is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Koromo Heritage reserves the right to withdraw that item(s) from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders. Koromo Heritage will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided by the customer.
The workmanship of Koromo Heritage products is guaranteed. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product and wish to the return the product for an exchange or refund, please make contact via the Contact form on the Koromo Heritage web site.
Change of Mind
Generally, as our products are mostly 'made to order' Koromo Heritage does not issue a refund simply on the basis that the customer has decided to change their mind about their purchase. This is due to resources being committed to your order at the time of ordering.
If you decide to change your mind regarding your purchase after payment has been made and for any reason whatsoever please contact Koromo Heritage via the Contact form on our website.
If you decide to change your mind regarding your purchase after receipt of the goods do not return the goods to Koromo Heritage until such time that Koromo Heritage has agreed to have the goods returned.

Generally, as our products are mostly 'made to order' Koromo Heritage does not issue a refund simply on the basis that the products purchased have not been shipped within the 28day delivery period. This is due to resources being committed to your order at the time of ordering.
Within 14 days of having received your order, you may return Koromo Heritage products that meet each of the following criteria:
- Have the original invoice attached
- Are in their original packaging.
- Have original manufacturer information and/or any other form of supplied literature or software
- Have not been used, installed, or disassembled in any manner whatsoever
- Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
- All supplied parts and items are in the original packaging and do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
If you have chosen to return your purchased product you must advise Koromo Heritage via the Returns form found at the footer of our Shop area [insert link]. If you do not complete this form and you return a product to Koromo Heritage, then Koromo Heritage takes no responsibility whatsoever for the replacement or refund for such purchase, nor the return to you of the originally purchased item.
If you have purchased direct from Koromo Heritage you must return your product direct to Koromo Heritage. If you have purchased from a Koromo Heritage approved retailer you must return your product to the same Koromo Heritage approved retailer.
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error.
We will issue a full refund for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error (i.e. Koromo Heritage shipped an incorrect product).
Where a customer is entitled to a refund, Koromo Heritage will refund such monies using the same method (excluding cash payment) through which the customer's purchase payment was received by Koromo Heritage. Where the original purchase payment method was cash payment Koromo Heritage will issue a refund only by bank transfer.
